Impact: Publication and certificate access were disrupted between 12:07 AM and 07:19 PM CEST on 06/06/2026 for users using the Azure Central US environments only
Root Cause: An expired Azure application client secret used by a backend service to authenticate to Azure Key Vault prevented retrieval of the issuer master key required for publication and certificate access.
Mitigation: Renewed the Azure application secret, updated the application configuration, restarted the affected service, and monitored recovery.
Resolution: Service was fully restored at 07:19 PM CEST on 06/06/2026 after the new credential was deployed and authentication to Key Vault was restored.
Next Steps: Add alerting for upcoming credential expiration. Users who launched campaigns during the incident window should relaunch them.
